Hospitality and Care Options

We facilitate referrals to government-funded community support services, as well as providing additional hospitality and care service options on a user pays basis to meet the current and future needs of village residents. The service options available on a user-pays basis include: meals, cleaning, laundry and internal maintenance, as well as day respite and participation in dynamic lifestyle programs offered at our co-located Corpus Christi Aged Care facility.

Excellent Value and Security of Tenure

A lifetime lease to occupy the units is offered with ingoing contributions ranging from $435,000 (with no stamp duty or GST payable) depending on the size of the units. A monthly maintenance fee applies. A Resident Agreement that meets the requirements of the Retirement Villages Act 1985 is entered into with residents prior to entry.
