As an equal opportunity employer, we value the diversity of our workforce and we take seriously our responsibility to provide a healthy and safe workplace. We are open to flexible arrangements to accommodate family commitments and we respect the need for an appropriate balance between work and personal time.

Learning & Development Opportunities

Our people are our most important asset. The quality of our services is a direct outcome of our shared values, skills, experience, innovation and teamwork.

We invest in the development of our staff through our learning and development programs. A comprehensive orientation program is provided to all staff, as well as opportunities to develop skills, to share experiences and to obtain recognised qualifications.

Through our partnership with the Australian Catholic University, and the appointment of a jointly-funded Associate Professor in Aged Care, staff can participate in research and continuous improvement projects in the areas of palliative care and caring for people with dementia.

As a dynamic and growing organisation, we offer the scope to advance your career and to work across a range of services or locations.
